Refund policy

When you buy a course, you have the right to change your mind. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you can cancel within 14 days of buying and get a full refund — as long as the rules below do not apply.

A course is digital content you can use straight away. When you open a paid module (any module that requires payment), you agree the learning has begun and the cancellation right no longer applies. Once you have opened a paid module, that course is no longer refundable. A course is also no longer refundable once a certificate has been issued for it.

A course is refundable if you ask within 14 days of buying, you have not opened a paid module, and no certificate has been issued for it.

It is not refundable once you have opened a paid module, or once a certificate has been issued. Free courses cost nothing, so there is nothing to refund.

Email support@careworld.app. Please tell us your name, the course, and the email you use to sign in. We will reply and, if your refund is due, arrange it.

We send refunds back to the card or payment method you paid with. Payments are handled by Stripe. After we approve a refund, it usually takes 5 to 10 working days to reach your account. The exact time depends on your bank or card provider.

If you think a payment is wrong, please contact us first at support@careworld.app. We will try to put it right quickly. If you raise a chargeback or dispute with your bank before contacting us, it can slow things down. To respond to a dispute, we may share our records of your purchase and course activity with your bank or card provider.
