Certificate of completion: Finishing a course earns a Chronix Health Library certificate confirming you completed the learning. It is not a regulated qualification, a licence, or the Care Certificate — and not the same as official training an employer provides.
Refunds & cooling-off: You have 14 days to cancel for a full refund (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013). Before you pay, you tick a box to start straight away: for a single course the right then ends once you open paid course content or once a certificate is issued, and for the Library Pass once you open paid course content. See the refund policy. To request a refund, contact support.
Library Pass: An auto-renewing subscription (monthly or annual) giving access to every paid course while active. It renews automatically until you cancel, and we email you 7 days before each renewal. Cancel any time before renewal; access continues to the end of the paid period. We email you a confirmation when you buy. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
