Nutrition and Hydration (Core)

What you get

A certificate of completion

A deeper course for carers on food and drink — spotting malnutrition's quiet signs, dehydration judgement, swallowing safety, food as pleasure and culture, the special situations (dementia, low mood, illness days, end of life), and the records and escalation that turn mealtimes into protection. Builds on Nutrition and Hydration.

7 short modules, written in plain English from official NHS and GOV.UK guidance.
A 10-question assessment with a 70% pass mark — retake it as many times as you need.
A certificate of completion when you finish — confirming you completed the learning. It is not a regulated qualification or accreditation.
Module 1 is free to preview before you decide.
