Moving and Handling (Core)

What you get

A certificate of completion

A deeper course for carers on the judgement around helping people move — reading the person, the day and the space, following moving plans, equipment awareness, protecting skin, responding to falls, and saying no safely when a move is beyond your training. Awareness and escalation only: hands-on techniques require practical employer training and authorisation. Builds on Mobility and Moving Safely.

7 short modules, written in plain English from official NHS and GOV.UK guidance.
A 10-question assessment with a 70% pass mark — retake it as many times as you need.
A certificate of completion when you finish — confirming you completed the learning. It is not a regulated qualification or accreditation.
Module 1 is free to preview before you decide.
